Hi, I'm Robert Andion 👋

Lead software engineer in Tampa, FL (working remotely). I take AI-powered platforms from concept to production, mostly in Java and Spring Boot, with a background in fintech.

  • 🤖 Architected Raymond James's first enterprise GenAI advisor platform on AWS Bedrock. It went from concept to firm-wide production in under 3 months and now serves 40,000+ advisors.
  • 🏦 Before that, I was at Citi, DTCC and J.P. Morgan Chase, working on distributed systems, Kafka event-driven platforms, API design and platform security. At Citi I helped raise test coverage from 20% to 90%.
  • 🎓 B.S. Computer Science, University of South Florida (4.0, Summa Cum Laude).
  • 🔭 Looking for Staff / Lead IC roles.
